Thank you for shopping at jins.pk. We are committed to delivering your eyewear quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders from checkout to delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
• Lahore
• Karachi
• Islamabad / Rawalpindi
• Faisalabad
• Multan
• Peshawar
• Quetta
• Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and other cities nationwide

3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. jins.pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order, including:
• TCS Couriers
• Leopards Courier
• M&P (Moveex & Parcel)
• Trax Logistics
The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the courier's website or by contacting our customer support team.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. The following terms apply to COD orders:
• COD is available on eligible orders as shown at checkout.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
• If a COD order is not received or is refused without valid reason, future COD orders from that account may be restricted.
• A partial advance payment may be required for high-value or custom orders.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the parcel, or refusal of delivery, the following will apply:
• The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to jins.pk.
• Re-delivery charges may apply if a new shipment is requested.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with the following:
• Your order number
• A photograph of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue
We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. International Shipping
At this time, jins.pk ships within Pakistan only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back as we plan to expand our delivery services in the future.
